Our Story

School Staff Partners is founded by a former PreK-12 administrator who knows what it is like to spend frustrating early mornings and late nights trying to find the right substitute teachers -- only for things to fall through when faced with last minute notifications.

The founder also has experience working on the Collegiate level and understands the necessity of having visiting educators in place that are well trained so that when staff members are out, instruction continues seamlessly. Having highly trained staff assists with eliminating learning gaps that can be widened for students when staff members are out for one day or an extended period of time, bridging gaps when students move from level to the next, as well as developing foundational skills necessary for success on the University Level.
